The main level pairs living and dining spaces with an updated kitchen, plus two queen bedrooms with a full bath and a half bath. Upstairs adds a loft lounge with two more bedrooms and a full bath. Driveway parking for up to two vehicles is included, and downtown dining is minutes away from here too. Walk to Thames Street, theharbor, the Cliff Walk, and the mansion district.



The Space:

At Laura's Landing, the entry level floor holds the main living spaces, with an airy living room, a dining area, and an updated kitchen. Two queen bedrooms are also on this level, along with a full bath and a half bath.



Upstairs, a loft seating area adds a second place to unwind, and there are two more bedrooms and a full bath. The rooftop deck is accessed from the third floor and opens to water views over the surrounding rooftops.

Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.
