Last minute wifi free - Heated pool - Terrace apartment directly on the beach

The apartment is as advertised. The location is fantastic. Beach and walking trails are directly across the street. ( no up/down hills to get to all the locations at beach level). There are convenient small supermarkets and other supplies at the location and a short drive to large supermarkets and other stores. Apt 2424 (inside the view of pool area) has sun in the afternoon and evening. It has a great view of Teide and limited view of ocean. You can hear the waves breaking on the beach (very nice) The pool area is very clean and accessible Having a car was great for us since we did multiple trips up Teide and to large supermarkets and to Santa Cruz. We found one really good Italian restaurant (Rosas) within walking distance. It would be worthwhile to do some advance investigation to identify other good restaurants (which we didn’t do, and didn’t find) The north side of the island is full of trees and greenery. It was very nice for us. There was no noise near our apt, in fact the quiet was unexpected. There are live entertainment events at the apt complex on Fri and Sat nite that we stumbled on. It was great fun and chance to meet people. We would definitely recommend this location.

The condo is perfectly located in the city for beach and restaurants. Great pool. Great host !! Would definitely go back!

We appreciated the location near the beach and supermarkets. We appreciated the large terrace, the swimming pool and the garage. We recommand this appartement.

We rented the apartment because of the location, sun, seesight and overviewing a lovely banana plantation. Sadly that saturday started with a lot of noise coming from a club just behind the plantation, with horrific housemusic (one deep thumping, same all night). This went on until 4 in the morning. Next week it turned out this starts on thursday, same on friday and saturday. Sunday just till 24:00.... The apartment is just fine, large terrace to spent the (remaining 3) nights relaxing. A move within the building would not be have as nice, we specifically picked this one because of the view and sun. It would have been nice to be warned beforehand. One more minor point: there is no wifi within the apartment. You can get it in the lobby, but you have to step out. We were offered a usbstick with internet access (a nice gesture from the owner), but we only used mobiles and tablet with wifi. So, as we had to be reachable, whe bought some simcards in the town for our phones. All in all a nice place, but something really should be done about this club. With it the west side of the building is unusable.

We have stayed at the apartment before and we are going again in November with our daughter and family I would say that says it all
