This large 3 bedroom family friendly apartment is within the private coastal Urbanisation Buenas Noches, with breathtaking views of the sea.
Las Bouganvillas is in a great location right on the coast road, opposite the beach (2nd line to the beach) and close to golf courses – ideal for a peaceful family holiday and golfers.
The apartments and Urbanisation are older Spanish residential apartments, 10 mins drive out of Estepona town, directly on the main coastal road.
You will be able to enjoy a shared pool that is set within lush private shared gardens. PLEASE NOTE Spain is experiencing government bans on water usage and currently we have been forced to close our pool, unless the water ban is lifted, you may not be able to use the pool during your holiday - to avoid disappoint please expect the pool may not be open during 2024 or closed without notice.

There is a beach opposite - accessed via a footbridge. This apartment is within walking distance to Casares Del Mar beach, Finca Cortesin beach Club, La Perla and La Sal beach bars. There are supermarkets within walking distance. Playa El Cristo beach, Playa de la Rada Beach, Costa Natura beach, Sabinillas beach are within seven minute drive along the A7 coastal road.
There are two super markets and two restaurants and bars within walking distance.
All other amenities are a short drive away, or walk along the beach.
From the large terrace, you’ll have breath-taking panoramic sea views of the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar, the Atlas Mountains Africa, pool and gardens.
South facing terrace offers dining seating for 6, large BBQ, 2 deck chair style chair loungers, 2 seater sofa.
The apartment is purposely boho shabby chic classic Spanish apartment. It’s a lived in residential much older Spanish apartment, in a residential urbanization, not a hotel experience - where you might find everything highly finished / serviced plus other holiday makers by the pool.
The apartment suits families that want good space close to the sea and are happy with an older style imperfect residential place. As we are on the coastal road, you can hear the road on the terrace and by the pool, and at night you may hear some road noise too. You can see the bridge, the road and petrol station and - but that’s the compromise with being right opposite the beach.
It’s essential to hire a car or use the bus to get into and out of town as it’s only a short drive into Estepona but too far to walk.
A wellness spas, tennis, pitch and several award winning golf courses and exercise facilities are all available very closeby.

Estepona marina and old town are less than a ten minute drive from this apartment.
Beach bars and restaurants Finca Cortesin and La Sal Beach Bar are within walking distance along the beach opposite. Night time entertainment is closeby at Estepona Marina, Estepona Old Town, and Puerto La Duquesa. Marbella, Puerto Banus and Tarifa are all within easy driving distance. Local buses available close by.
Children’s activities close by including Selwo Safari Park, Tivoli World fun park, Sealife Benalmadena, Costa Jump trampoline park, Fun Beach Estepona, Costa waterpark Mijas, Horse riding at Escuela de Arte Ecuestre in Estepona,

This large apartment is set up to sleep six people total in 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room.
Private parking for 1 car only, in an allocated bay, there is plenty of on street parking close by for additional cars.
This property is not for guests that want to be on a holiday complex or in a modern hotel experience apartment. It also won't suit guests that want to be close to all amenities and could be bothered by road noise. It does suit guests that like a more authentic Spanish experience - being in a place that is residential, very safe and larger than many average apartments too.

This bright, light apartment is perfect for families or - as we were - a group of friends wanting space and sunshine. Estapona is a very pleasant town, with a long sandy beach, and lots of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended.
I travelled with my Husband and 18 month old and we just loved the space in this apartment. It has a large lounge with beautiful sun terrace which was ideal for bbq's & really good sized bedrooms. The apartment is clean and well equipped with everything you should need, the pool was lovely & peaceful - we were often the only people using it. The Owner was really helpful as has so much knowledge of the area, she helped with car hire & gave us a list of the best local beaches & resturants to visit - this is invaluable information when you are travelling somewhere for the first time with a small child! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again & would highly recommend others to stay here too.
2nd time at Las Bougainvillas and once again can't fault it. Short drive into town but that's ok as Estepona is a big town and we like the variety of beaches and driving into the mountains before heading for our daily walk. WiFi connection was intermittent but it was free so didn't mind and I bought a dongle locally for only £10 euros. FIVE STARS. We will be back again soon.
Stayed in October Wanted a nice apartment and was a bit sceptical at first as it is advertised as budget and some of the reviews were not amazing. However I found the apartment amazingly clean, amazingly bright, amazingly well furnished and we simply couldn't believe that the owner advertises it as budget accommodation. The rates are amazing compared to other advertisers, when divided between 4 / 6 people it works out around £10 per night per person and frankly you can't book a beach hut, pension or BnB anywhere in the world for these rates these days. Or if you do, you don't expect shiny marble floors, clean linen and towels, breath taking sea views, a pool, coffee making machine and the ability to pay by credit card. Call me new age but this place rocks in terms of value for money v comfort during your stay. I am going back and passing the word on too.
My Wife & I stayed here with our friends, 5 of us in all. booking was very simple & the owner gave us loads of helpful info & tips(Thank you! we had a great night at El Rincon Toscano) The apartment was a great size, clean & fresh, with great sea views & didn't feel cramped at all, the facilities were good with fresh towels/linen etc& the kitchen has all you need. The beautiful pool & garden were great for relaxing in the lovely sunshine & although it is a communal pool we never saw anyone else there. Estepona is a lovely area with alot of character, nice little local bars & with Puerto Banus & Marbella just down the road you get the best of both worlds. We had such an amazing time we have already booked up for this summer Hope this is helpful.
When we arrived the afternoon of the 3th of July, after a travel of 10 hours, the responsable of the keys told us nobody will arrive to the appartment this day and she has no instructions from the owners, and we spend one hour to show her the e mails and to try to explain her (she speaks only spanish...) at least she give us the keys, this appartment was the dirtiest one I ve seen, a porchery, we have been shoked and when we asked the keyholder she doesnt stopped speanking spanish and done nothing for us. we wrote several emails to Chalice, she appologizes so many times and nothing was done , we have to clean the apprtment during hours so we can sleep quitly, and the day after we had to buy cleaning products and clean all the appartment We had to buy towels and bedleanen, and four days after a woman brings us towels and sheets. we spend two weeks in the appartment and nobody asks about us or about the appartment cleanness. As the appartment is not cheap, it must be perfectly cleaned and furnished, So I dont recommend this appartment to nobody, espacialy families with children,
I have just booked for the 4th time to go back to this apartment! Location is fantastic with Estepona, Peurto Banus and Marbella all within an easy drive. The property is done up to a very high standard with perfect bbq area on the gorgeous balcony overlooking the sea.... Would highly recommend a visit!
