Stayed Aug 12, 2024Great location, very comfortable, loved our stay even though weather was a little wet. Would stay here again. Negatives - Dusty fake plants, cobwebs. Walls looked a little grubby.

It was so well appointed, clean and light and airy. We stayed with our four adult children and there was plenty of room for us all. A quick walk to Cylinder Beach and so close to the supermarket. We will definitely stay here again!

The unit layout was very convenient and soundproof. Being able to drive up to the front door to unload and re- pack the cars was really great- especially in rainy weather. Stayed Nov 2, 2023We booked this property for a family get together. There was no communication from Ray White Stradbroke Island, who are the agents to the property, before our arrival. When I rang to ask simple questions two days before our arrival I got very curt, one word answers to my simple questions. I was told that we would receive an email the day before our arrival and hung up on. When the email arrived we then found out it was our responsibility to supply not only our own beach towels to a beach house but even toilet paper. Which was a bit too late as everyone had begun traveling so an emergency purchase of towels was needed. Considering that this is advertised as a premier property one would think that things like toilet paper and dishwashing detergent would be included. So be prepared, you need to bring everything with you and the agents are not helpful.
