Brighton, Michigan
I have a large 2nd floor studio apartment. This apartment is separate from the main house and has it's own yard fenced yard. There is a 22x12 deck with a gas grill. My property is on what is left of a large farm and is 1 mile from Downtown Brighton, The studio can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a basic kitchen area with Fridge, Microwave and coffee . This is a simple place with nice accommodations. Mount Brighton Skiing is 1 mile and Brighton State recreation area is 1 mile. The city of Brighton is in walking distance too approx 1 mile. There is a $150 security deposit and if there is no damage it will be refunded!
This apartment is the 2nd floor with lots of Privacy. There is a school across the street with a playground. The place has a rustic feel but is not some kind of place to have a party etc! Visitors are ok as long as you respect the property.
This property was quaint and quiet. It fulfilled all of the amenities that I needed. Worked great for my dog. Had a very homelike feel, I’ve already booked a repeat visit.
Stayed for a handful of days prior to my daughter’s wedding. A great little place that suited our needs perfectly. Great communication & host very accommodating.
It was comfortable and easy.
Large studio with Everything you need and room to spare. Stayed in area for family visit, this was our last destination after a long trip. Grateful for relaxing space. Highly recommend, better than any area hotel at half the price! Host highly communicative and readily available. Ty
I came to the area for a short fishing trip. So many lakes nearby was awesome. Mike the Host was great. I appreciate the tip on a local lake to visit. Just loved this cozy little studio. My dog came with me and she enjoyed the fenced in back yard and squirrel watching on the large deck. Very clean with great furnishings and nice entertainment system for night time tv and blue tooth stereo. I’ll be back for sure!
Excellent stay. Loved sitting outside enjoying our coffee. Very clean. Our fur babies enjoyed their stay also. We will be back!!
We appreciated having an affordable location in Brighton so much! But, not having a single extra roll of toilet paper did cause problems. I understand the owner dealing with patrons who take toilet paper. But…adding just ONE roll is not cost prohibitive. Over the course of four days, guests will finish a partial roll. Leaving no back-up roll is simply bad hospitality.
The host is a good communicator. It is a great place to stay.
Great spot with everything you need. I stayed here with a good friend during our annual fishing trip and it was very nice.
Close to downtown, ski hill and medical facilities. Quaint little studio apartment with a large deck and fenced area for our 3 small dogs. There's a 13 step staircase up to the deck and entrance. We would stay there again.
We enjoyed the studio layout of our apartment. You can definitely see the location and setup being good for skiers. worked perfectly fine in spring when we came for birding. It was wonderful to have a comfortable place for the dog to stay with a fenced in small yard. Thank you for being pet friendly! A bit limited kitchen, but fine for our needs. We were only given a partial roll of toilet paper and got a single roll when we asked for more, which was a bit strange.
We enjoyed our stay - so cozy, we loved sitting out on the deck, and perfect location for enjoying beautiful Brighton, Michigan!
Had a great stay here. The apartment was well-equipped and very comfortable. Loved the location, too: close to both downtown Brighton and local recreational areas, but quiet and private, too. Would recommend.
Very easy to find, close to a lot of restaurants.
This is a nice spot for a comfortable place to sleep. It is very close to downtown Brighton. The private space above the garage has a nice deck, a fenced in yard, and a great stereo system. Very clean with lots of amenities.
Property was very nice. Property manager was also very nice. The setting and neighborhood was pretty and it was a very nice getaway. If you have an older dog, the stairs might be a little tricky for the dog. It was ? stars.
Def had great time with the family. Group of three and we loved the ease to move around the place and the town. My wife and bro-in-law are from the area and the just enjoyed the neighborhood to which they grew up was quite the experience.. perfect for the time which we stayed.. owner great guy checked on us from time to time very nice guy..
My son and his girlfriend stayed here when we came out to visit family here in Brighton! James was a great host and quick to answer any questions and needs! Clean and comfortable studio and great location! We will definitely come back again!
The only entrance was overrun by ivy and I was not sure if poisonous. The steep stairs half way up were shaky and unstable. One of the main post to deck was bent and seemed unstable. Under deck was pile of garbage. I was further frustrated as after five attempts that evening, affords area hotel s were sold out!
We stayed five nights at this property and felt right at home. It is comfortable - not too fancy, with all the amenities we needed. It does not have a stove but we did not intend to cook. It has good cross ventilation and two fans as well as an a/c window unit which cooled things nicely our one very hot day and night. Has private access and a lovely deck. James, our host, was very responsive and welcoming. If we need a place to stay on our next trip to Brighton/Howell we will be sure to see if this is available!
Very clean and inviting environment. Location is fantastic. Overall just a great stay! Highly recommend.
