Large apartment Facing the sea in front of the beach, Centre, magnificent view, private parking

We stayed there in March - low season. Large, bright, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Decoration has been updated - for the best- since pictures on the VRBO site were taken. We talked, but did not see the owner. very receptive and responding. We did not have a reception session (low season/school holidays), so we had to find a few things by ourselves. Fortunately there is an how to manual in the apartment that helped. A bit cold in first days, until we found that a radiator had been turned off... We did not find the pool /sauna advertised on the VRBO site. Maybe it is closed in low season, as they were only 2 apartments occupied while we were there.

We enjoyed a very comfortable three-month stay at Mme Lemerle’s Pornichet apartment. The apartment is located across from the beach, at a very convenient distance from Pornichet businesses. The beach views are breathtaking, and the ocean front balcony is amazing for sunny lunches on beautiful days. The apartment is quite spacious, with two bedrooms, two shower rooms, and two water closets, in addition to a well-appointed kitchen, and a large living-dining room area. The dining room can also be closed off, and transformed into a bedroom thanks to a convenient murphy bed. Everything is in good condition and comfortable. The building was very quiet since it was winter. I assume things get a bit livelier in the warmer months. Mme Lemerle was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend this stay for anyone looking to discover Pornichet and the rest of the “presqu’île.”

Super apartment in a great location with 180 degree view of the pristine beach. Welcomed by charming owner, apartment spacious, well furnished and equipped in a perfect location, right opposite the beach with private parking. Excellent restaurants within a short walk. A great based to explore the Loire and southern Brittany regions. The accommodation is excellent value considering the sought-after location. 5 stars all round

It was not entirely as advertised the owner did not speak the languages advertised she only spoke French the conversation was by way of telephone translation. We have not received any thing from about the return of our deposit?

Great views of Pornichet beach; convenient; great nearby restaurants. Well equipped.

Very well presented beautifully furnished, parking was good , we had expected a pool which we thought we would share with the other appartments in the block as it said communal pool but it turned out to be the local pool. The owner was a very nice lady .

Property was perfectly situated facing the magnificent Atlantic Ocean and wonderful sandy bay. Apartment bright, clean and tasteful with lots of equipment and perfect for a couple or small family. Lots of fabulous restaurants with quality dishes. If you like sun, walks and chilling out this is for you.

We stayed in the apartment for quite a long time. It was absolutely perfect - first time not a single thing that I could complain about. Host very helpful and welcoming. Apartment is large, renovated and clean; situated in a well kept building. And of course the view - just fantastic. We definitely will come back.
