Large apartment between beach and city- With parking and private beach.

We were six adults and spent seven nights at Elfi's wonderful apartment in downtown Sottomarina and it was all around perfect! - The location is in a very safe and walkable neighborhood, a supermarket is across the street, the beach is 5 min by foot, a tennis court and an arcade are 5 min by foot, the old town is 15min by foot etc. Plenty of gelato places and restaurants nearby. The apartment goes out back so even though it's not high up and by a lively street, what we could hear of the street noise with windows open didn't disturb at all. - The apartment is super nice, spacious, clean, modern, well furnished and has all the amenities you need for a group stay: e.g. we usually bring most kitchen essentials like towels or knives because some holiday apartments have low-quality pieces but we could have left everything at home because Elfi had it all (even clothing pegs for the laundry). The pictures and descriptions given in the listing are accurate. - We loved the close access to the sandy-golden beach (clean, well-kept, not very crowded during the week, somewhat busy on the weekends with locals), and truly appreciated the included beach chairs as well as the parking spaces. - Elfi was an exceptional host for us: very friendly, proactive, helpful, always responsive when we had a question. 10/10 we would recommend - and we'd definitely come stay again if we come back to Chioggia.

We came to Italy from the USA to see Venice and found this gem on VRBO. Our host Elfi met us after an 8 hour flight at the apartment and showed us around. It is clean, extremely comfortable, spacious and in a FANTASTIC location. They also had free parking (about a block from the property) and complimentary beach chairs/umbrellas. The neighborhood is totally walkable with many restaurants and shops; there’s even a grocery store directly across the street! It was more than enough room for 2 adult couples & a third bedroom we didn’t even need, but would be perfect for kids. Wince is only a 45 minute car ride or you could take a ferry. This was our first visit to Europe and our visit to Chioggia was amazing- especially our accommodations.
