Located on the 3rd floor of the famous Belle Epoque building Grand Hôtel, this well-renovated apartment offers panoramic views of the entire beach: from Cap Gris Nez to the Boulogne lighthouse. The sea is at your feet!

Large apartment ideal for family or 2 couples with children: 6 people (possible 8).

The area is 87m2 with 7 windows with sea view! The apartment includes 2 bedrooms (with a double bed + 1 folding bed in each room), 1 living room of 35m2 (living room + dining room), 1 independent fitted kitchen, 1 shower room with WC, 1 entrance and plenty of storage.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the famous Grand Hôtel in Wimereux. Access is by the period elevator. It faces west, facing the sea.

In order to allow you to spend a comfortable holiday, we provide you with all the equipment: free wifi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, children's games (console, beach games), and for older children, a bar with breathtaking 180 ° sea view!

The furniture and accessories are new. The bedding is also new: 2 double beds, 2 folding beds and 1 sofa bed in the living room with duvet and pillow.

Maintenance products as well as basic necessities (salt / pepper, vinegar / oil, herbs, flour, sugar ...), dish towels and hand towels are provided; but also some pasta / rice if you arrive late ... Think of us, restock;)

Internet is included in the rental price and available at will.
The charges are included up to an average consumption (beyond a supplement will be requested)

The parking lots around the residence are free.
Possibility to put bikes in the interior courtyard on a support (to be attached with padlock).

The building is located on the Wimereux dike, facing the sea. It is 5 minutes walk from shops (city center) where the main street welcomes you with its many traders and services. Put your car down and do everything on foot!

The dike, located under your windows, with its typical Wimereusian, its restaurants, its beach huts and its sailing club, is one of the most popular places to stroll in the region! The building is also a starting point for many hikes on the coastal paths.

    Well situated, fine apartment although some kitchen items were missing(e.g.electric or even hand mixer for an omelette or mayonnaise....). Good contacts. The concierge was very friendlyband réactive

    Check in was easy, the beds are super comfy and we had a great stay with the sound of the sea lulling us to bed. There are a few negatives to just note: Parking in high season can be hard to find, we had to drive a few rounds and park a bit further away some days The shower is weak, the tap to run the bath doesn't work, only showering is possible and the water pressure is low Needed to buy bin bags and toilet rolls but this is not an issue, something to just take note, probably something that is common anyway. We had a great stay, oyster shucking knife and also the things to open seafood shells are there, great to buy seafood and enjoy the view or at least, sound of the sea at the dining table. We had a lovely stay, thank you!
