Magnificent small palace located in the center of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, in the heart of Seville. Completely renovated house with nine modern apartments equipped to the last detail.



Palacete Molina is accessed through an old wooden door and an iron gate that leads to a private interior patio with a fountain. On the ground floor we have apartments 1, 2 and3. Going up the staircase or the lift you will reach apartments 4,5 and 6. On the top floor we have apartments 7, 8 and 9. Each one with a small outdoor area equipped with a table and 2 chairs. On the roof we have a washing machine and a dryer for common use for the entire building.

Palacete Molina 9 is a 50m2 two bedroom, two bathroom apartment situated on the top of Palace Molina building. The entrance leads to a large living living area with a kitchen. At the end of the apartment are two bedrooms; bedroom 1 has a double bed of 150cm x 190cm and the bathroom right outside the room. The second bedroom has a double bed of 150cm x 200cm and an en suite bathroom.

Argote de Molina is one of the most beautiful and well-known streets in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, as it leaves the Cathedral and borders it from behind until it gets lost in the depths of the oldest and most historic area of ​​Seville, the old Jewish quarter.

Close to the property you will find the most typical and traditional bars and restaurants of Seville, where you can enjoy the best tapas. In addition, a few meters away there are also supermarkets, flamenco tablaos and shops.

    Host was welcoming. The place was very nice and quiet, nice central location. The complex was pretty quiet throughout our stay. I loved all the security features provided. The 3rd story laundry room was a huge plus for us! Only negative was having no access to the rooftop. The website makes it look like you have access, but it was closed off.

    The host was extremely helpful in arranging our arrival and our stay. The apartment was lovely and thankfully air conditioned throughout. There was a heat wave during our stay so returning to a cool place made a huge difference in our enjoyment of Seville.

    We loved staying here! It is a centrally located in town so an easy walk to everything. The building is charming and I loved the little outdoor courtyard (shared space). The bathrooms were modern (the shower is a tight space). Check in and check out were easy and the communication was excellent. It is on a narrow street so we had a walk a bit to get to/from taxi/uber but it wasn't a big deal - 3 min walk.

    Apartment was as good as it looks in the pictures. The staff was very attentive. The location is terrific. We stayed for five nights couldn’t have asked for a better location to see all of Sevilla. So very walkable to see all the sights. Would definitely stay there again.

    Our apartment was great. Nicely kept building and the living space was well appointed. The location was perfect for walking around Sevilla. Lots of space and having two bathrooms was a rare offering and much appreciated. When we had a problem with the washing machine offered for residents, the response was quick and the problem solved.As we used the kitchen for breakfasts etc having a small dishwasher would have been welcome.

    Clean, well- equipped, comfortable apartment in excellent location, within a few minutes walking distance of main attractions (Cathedral, Real Alcazar etc). Selection of supermarkets nearby. 10 min walk to San Sebastion bus stop & 25 min walk to Santa Justa train station. Excellent base to enjoy beautiful Seville.
