This brand new reno'd 2 bedroom suite just 1 street off main street Picton has a luxurious and modern feel and very well appointed with crisp and fresh linens, high end finishes in all the rooms and all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and special. It is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit, whether you are visiting wineries, art galleries, sandbanks or simply taking in all the charm the county of PEC has to offer.

This large newly reno'd bright space withAC, features 2 full, very bright bedrooms each with queen beds with beautiful crisp linens. A large living room with leather sofa that can also be an extra bed, lounge chair makes this a very comfortable space to relax. Large screen tv, that includes Netflix access, high speed internet. The extra large very elegant bathroom features large walk in shower with glass doors, beautiful carrera porcelain tiles, a washer/dryer and oversized vanity. The kitchen features an all white new cabinetry/appliances/dishwasher and glass table dining area. The kitchen is fully equiped for any gourmet cook. There is a full foyer downstairs in the entry way with closet storage for bags/boots/shoes coats. Large shared garden with muskoka chairs and gas fire pit make for a lovely outdoor space with friends. There is ample parking for 2-3 cars.

YOU CAN ONLY BOOK 5 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL SO SET A REMINDER ON YOUR PERSONAL CALENDAR. ALSO, YOU MUST PRINT YOUR PASSES AT HOME! WE SUGGEST BOOKING FOR ALL DAYS OF YOUR STAY.

Then follow the process:
- Click https://reservations.ontarioparks.com/
- On top, click Day Use
- Select DVP - Daily Vehicle Permit
- Select Sandbanks from the list
- Select the date and Search
- Then, on the Calendar again select the date you want to arrive.
- Click Reserve and continue with all the standard checkout steps.
- Weekdays are often Free, weekends are paid but your Season Pass will waive all fees.
- As you proceed through checkout there will be an option to select Season Pass Holder, and enter the details of your pass.
- The codes for 2023 are in the bottom right corner of the passes:, and are (will be provided)
- Make sure you enter your license plate correctly.

- You will need to do this entire process for each car. Ensure you receive the confirmation via email (I often send myself a screenshot in case it takes a while to arrive).
- The general procedure is to arrive at one of the park entrances, proceed to park and display

Safety - for the safety of guests as well as the property, there are 3 (3) external video cameras. One is pointing towards Paul street, the property parking and entrances and is visible located at 9 ft. high in the north east corner of the building. The second is located in the same spot and points to the king street entrance and grounds. The third covers the back entrance to suite D, and is located on the West wall near the back door at 7 ft. high. There are NO cameras inside the house whatsoever.

    The place and location were great! Just beware of the sloped ceilings at the top of the stairs. Not tall people and we both smashed our heads a Couple times. Also the backyard is not usable and there is no firepit or chairs.

    This is a chic stay for young people. For us oldies, it was difficult.- low and steep roof lines (used to be an attic??) were challenging, as were the unsecured stairs with railings that were useless. Communication was poor.But the place was clean, well stocked and good location. The bbq in serious need of a clean, unusable- note, no oven in unit.

    We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return to the same unit. Check-in was easy, the place was clean and it had everything that we needed to prepare meals for the family. It was close to the main centre in Picton. Shops and restaurants were a 10minute walk. The area was quiet. The host was very accommodating to us and was fast to respond. It was a good mix of wineries/breweries for adults and activities we can do with the kids. Our family will definitely make another trip to PEC. Thank you!
