This one bedroom downstairs suite has a private entrance and sauna. It is located below our main house so there will be a bit of noise from above.
Located 4.5 miles out East End road, you are 10 minutes from downtown, the airport and Homer Spit.
Unit completed in 2021 with a big kitchen, living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size, comfortable bed and in the large living room there is a trundle bed with a twin mattress and pull out mattress below.

Stayed Oct 31, 2025The apartment is nicer than it looks online, very comfortable for four people. The sauna was roomy and easy to use, the kitchen and dining table made meal prep easy. The only problem was the steps to the front door - they are slippery when it is wet and there is not a railing. We had a guest who had just had knee surgery and she worried she might fall. Once we made it down the stairs we were happy as clams

Stayed Aug 7, 2024Wonderful accommodations in the basement of a family home. Clean and well equipped. Close to Homer Spit. There *is* noise that comes from upstairs due to it being part of an occupied residence, but I didn’t find it bothersome. Lovely and accommodating host. Recommend!
