Welcome to Lara's Apartment by Atlantic Holiday, a comfortable apartment located in Caniço, Madeira Island, offering a practical and welcoming space for guests looking to explore the island while enjoying a peaceful stay with convenient access to nearby services and transport connections.



Suitable for up to 3 guests, the apartment features one bedroom with a queen-size bed, as well as a sofa bed that can accommodate one additional guest, making it a suitable option forcouples, small families or friends travelling together. A baby cot and high chair are also available for guests travelling with young children.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, cutlery, plates and kitchenware. The bathroom includes a bathtub, while additional amenities such as a washing machine, hairdryer and Smart TV with box service are available for added convenience.



Guests can also enjoy access to a small heated shared swimming pool within the apartment building, offering a pleasant space to relax after a day discovering Madeira.



Private parking for one car is available in the building’s garage, and the apartment includes elevator access for greater convenience. Bus stops and public transport routes are available nearby, allowing easy connections to surrounding areas.



Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your comfort. Smoking inside the property is not permitted. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 in the morning.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
