Stayed Jul 1, 2024Right in the 6th arrondissement , close to several train stations. Big, cozy, homy feel apartment. Airy, very bright. No AC, but there were 2 fans. Just topical of Paris. Close to many shops, bakery, mini market, pharmacy and several restaurants. Has everything you need at home. The only item missing was a spatula for cooking. The challenge were the stairs; there were 60 of each way up and down. Good for exercising.

Stayed May 1, 2024The photos make it look larger (as you would expect) but it is perfect for a couple and has a small but well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and very fast Internet. It has recently been renovated and is modern and clean. The best feature is its location which is in a quiet street away from the tourist hoards but still just 12 minutes’ walk to the historic centre of Paris (Ile de la Cité) and 200 metres from the Luxembourg Gardens. The lounge room has a large window which opens wide and is perfect for watching the Paris street life below. Underneath the apartment is a small supermarket which is convenient for grabbing any meal ingredients and opposite is a restaurant/bar. In the surrounding streets there are many eating places including Asian, Italian and traditional French. About the only caveats are that you need to climb five flights of stairs (58 steps) to reach the apartment and the shower door only opens a small amount (about 12 inches), which is too narrow for a large person.

Stayed Dec 17, 2019Quiet and comfortable apartment in a great location. Everything worked and there were no problems. Ben was very responsive and check in/out very easy. For those who like to cook, the kitchen is poorly equipped (not even a good cutting knife) and we had to wash all the dishes and cookware before using it.
