Stayed Jul 7, 2023Did not have accommodations for 6. Toilet was broken, cabinet door was broken, coffee maker had old and moldy grounds in it and no coffee pot. Over all my family and I were very disappointed.

Stayed Dec 23, 2022Now I will preface this by saying that the unit I am reviewing is not the one that was shown as I was told the morning of check in that I needed to move to another one of their units due to the boiler being out. I selected the unit from the ones they offered. Upon my arrival the unit was not cleaned and member of staff was cleaning it was going to be another 2 hours until it was ready for me. I left my belongings and left as I was in town for work. When I returned the unit was still dirty. The floors were sticky and stained, the walls and vents were covered in dust. The area of the unit was in a very questionable area as well. I did not report these issues since I was working night shift and needed the day to sleep. Overall a huge disappointment.

Stayed Apr 3, 2019Overall we had a very nice stay. Someone had stayed in room unpaid before us. The problems left behind were taken care of quickly and totally. Was nice staying where we could make our own meals. However, at motels there is a weekly rate and I would like to see that at this apartment. We actually paid more than we have at the Holiday Inn. On the night we left the trash was completely full and I had to work to put ours away. Also the master bath toilet backed up and almost overflowed. Plunger took care of that problem, but when shaving and running water at vanity the water caused bubbling in the toilet. All in all we were pleased but thought a weekly or monthly rate would meet our needs more.
