Lakeside: First floor/King Beds

Very quiet neighborhood; condo was very clean and updated decor and furnishings.

Close to campus, clean and recently renovated with intelligent design to maximize the space. Super friendly hosts that communicated well and helped me out when I left my iPad behind. Will be staying again next week so that probably says it all.

Randall was a very responsive host. We had a couple of small issues which he addressed immediately. It's a tiny place but comfortable

Host interaction was great and check-in/checkout was super easy. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. The walls are thin and the location is noisy, which is not anything that can be improved.

The home was clean and comfortable. The location was great for us to walk to Northgate and campus. We loved being able to bring our dogs with us. The host was super communicative and helpful. We would love to stay at one of their properties again.

This was a great little apartment for my weeklong stay visiting TAMU. It is located right off Northgate so campus is easily accessible by foot. They had fresh, high-quality fluffy towels and nice bed linens. Even gave us coffee pods to use in their coffee machine! Highly recommend and would stay there again.

The host made our trip very enjoyable. Checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and everything was in order. Nice, cozy, comfortable, and very clean.

It was exactly as advertised and perfect for what we wanted...a place to sit, chat, eat and enjoy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The listing was accurate for what we experienced. Be aware that there is no shower door and it’s easy to get water on the floor. There is a coffee pot and they supplied k-cups which was awesome with plenty of laundry and dishwasher pods! They also had a basket in the bathroom with makeup remover towels, shampoo and conditioner in it. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept great! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be booking again when we return to visit our aggie in C-STAT. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean and updated. Great location!! No issues. Thank you Randy & Kelly.

The house was cute and very clean. Commincation with Randy and Kelly was quick and easy. And the beds were extra comfortable! Would stay again!

My kids (2 teens) and I stayed for a 4 day sporting event at A&M. This rental was absolutely perfect. Only 5 minutes away, enough room for everyone to relax and rest between events. Perfect!
