Raleigh, North Carolina
The studio is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood near Lake Johnson, one of Raleigh's most beautiful park areas. There is a 6 mile scenic walking/biking trail around the lake, as well as a boathouse where you can rent kayaks, peddle boats and more. You are literally in the middle of Cary and Raleigh with access to shopping, restaurants, movies, downtown, etc.
The studio is located on the second floor on the left side of the building (enter via C2 door) and has Smart TV(you will be able to use own credentials to access Netflix / Hulu / Youtube etc ), the bedroom (queen sized bed) with a full private bath. There is window AC to control cold air and a portable heater if needed.
There are also three chairs and an office table. We offer to use a portable 2-burner stove, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and refrigerator. You will find kitchenware in bathroom cabinets.
Outside you can find a quick path (around 10 min by walking) to gorgeous Lake Johnson from our backyard.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Natalia made check in very easy.
I loved how close I was to the NCSU campus and the path behind the property to the Jackson Lake trail was an added bonus!
We were in town for one night for a show and this was a great place to stay!
Very nice property
Room was clean. Neighborhood was quiet. I only have 2 complaints. There was only a half a roll of TP and no replacement roll. Thankfully there was kleenex until I could get to the store. Also, the mattress is covered with plastic, which i can appreciate for easy cleaning, but the sheets are so thin it was like sleeping right on the plastic and it makes you sweat. If you stay for more than a day or two, you should prob bring an extra towel and couple of wash cloths. It was raining and we had to use a hand towel as a rug at the door so the towel situation was a little scarce being there 4 days. This prob sounds crazy, but the trash can could be a little larger as well. It is really small and I couldn't find any replacement bags. Not a complaint, just a suggestion. If you looking for a quiet place with no frills, this is a good option, but I would have liked to have known this info before arriving and hope this helps someone else to be prepared.
Just as expected. Easy to work with the property manager, easy check in and out, very nice place. Access to a path to the lake was also super cool.
The apartment was as advertised: simple, clean, and efficient. It was easy in, easy out and I would stay there again if in the Raleigh area. Thanks Natalia!
I'd stay here again.
Property as advertised.
Quaint and cost effective. Easy to get to wherever you want to go.
this is cozy and quiet and backed up to nice forest and trees...with an apple blossom tree outside the window! it is very basic, but all you need as one person or for two people on a shorter stay. There is also a nice porch area to enjoy. I'd stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy, comfy, clean apartment. The walk way was visible with lights to the stairs and the building was labeled well. It was a breeze to check into and out of. Even though our room got switched last minute, we were pleasantly surprised because the apartment looked amazingly decorated without clutter, supremely clean, larger than anticipated (with a washer and dryer, a bonus in case we needed it;), a separate bedroom, extra fans (people like ourselves enjoy the sound effect from it and the air flow), and we rested very well! We would stay again and recommend it.
