Stayed Dec 20, 2025The host cancelled same day as reservation stating that they had promised to a family member. They also stated that there was indication that there might be a party was ridiculous. I contacted VRBO. I was on the phone for 3 hours trying to get refund for the amount I paid when I was approved while trying to find other accommodations. VRBO apologized and offered compensation. As of today, I have yet to receive the refund or the additional compensation for my inconvenience. Now, I have to once again follow up on the refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE EXPERIENCE.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025Great and spacious spot for a getaway! Quiet neighborhood with Great Lake views and/or access for warmer months. The bed is extremely soft, so be aware of that if you need a supportive bed. But overall, great stay.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024We had the best time at this lakefront place! The view is wonderful for sunsets and your coffee in the morning. The sunrise is on the other side of the house, but it is perfect for enjoying your coffee out on the veranda. Relaxing portion of the stay! The host are amazing and are very accommodating. We were there for a wedding and everything was perfect for our stay. The wedding venue is only about 20 minutes tops from this.VRBO. If anyone needs a place to stay for Knotting Hill Place, this is a wonderful option. The Murphy bed worked out great for our adult children to stay as well. There’s water toys and options but we didn’t have the time but would love to come back for some fun and play. Gated community which added a layer of security too. If you have any questions, ask! Hosts are great communicators.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024Our hosts were so friendly and accommodating! The rental is beautifully designed. It was comfy and efficient. The proximity and view of the lake were perfect. Having the lake toys right there for our use was key for us. Our kids had plenty to do and it was a fun and relaxing experience. Be aware there are stairs. Otherwise, we would highly recommend both the hosts and property to anyone!
