Loved the place

The hosts were beyond great. The loft was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was there. We got hit with a big snowstorm (17 inches overnight), and luckily they were offering, BOGO night, which was honestly amazing. They also helped dig my car out the next day and even mailed me a water bottle I left behind. Just genuinely good people and a great place to stay. There is also a bar in walking distance, which is very convenient.

A very cute loft. Owner very nice. It was the weekend after Thanksgiving so it was very quiet. Didn’t get to be outside & at the time of year we were here, everything was closed.

The check directions were great. The accuracy of the listing was exactly like it said and showed. The loft was stocked with everything you could need. I was sad we didn't get to enjoy more time there. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful place to stay in for the week. It was a very central location to everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and well kept. Will definitely come back Debbie was extremely helpful and available when needed.

Everything was perfect. She was very accommodating getting us checked in early so we could be settled in before a wine shuttle we had booked. This is the second time we've stayed here and it has been nothing short of wonderful each time!

Beautiful getaway! Everything was immaculate and made us feel right at home. Whatever we could think of that we needed was there. Loved seeing all the cats around the property, reminded us of our 3 cats back at home. Absolutely stunning property and the views are just incredible. We had the chance to witness some beautiful waves sitting on the deck drinking our coffee. Thank you for such a relaxing time, we look forward to staying here again soon.

Beautiful and relaxing stay on the waters of Lake Erie. Two decks overlooking the lake are a treasure for reading a book and listening to lapping water that soothes the soul. Thank you Debbie for another wonderful stay.

Everything about our trip was amazing. The home was clean everything we used was in good condition. Forgot to pack a wine bottle opener, but since we were in wine country we found a couple different options in the drawers.The manager called us to see if we needed anything and then she contacted us again after we left to see if there was anything wrong with the rental. Perfect stay! The lake is always like going home for me as we had a summer place in Marblehead and anytime I am near the lake I have a great time. Geneva out past Labor Day is quiet. Some stuff is closed for the season but what is still open is not packed to the brim. So it's all depends on what you are looking for. I prefer the quiet better than the party, but that's just me. We went outside of town to a vineyard and had a glass of wine on the patio overlooking the grape vines, so relaxing! My husband (who was not sold on the idea of going) said it is the only way he will ever drink wine again. LolBook the trip. YOLO!

The rental was very welcoming and cozy; the owner thought of everything in the equipping and furnishing. The shower was beautiful and spacious. The location was on the lake and close to town with nice decks over the lake for relaxing and viewing the sunset. The owner was a very nice person and available if we needed anything. We would choose to stay there again.

This was more than we expected! The loft was immaculate! Clean and comfortable and very nicely decorated. The shower was amazing! The deck overlooking the lake was wonderful and we were able to watch the sunset every night. The host was so nice and friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay! We will definitely be back next summer!

Beautiful place! Everything was exactly as described. Debbie was so kind and accommodating. The Loft had everything from menus of nearby restaurants, winery guides, toiletries, games, movies, and plenty of towels. Bathroom was huge and clean with spacious giant shower!

We absolutely love the property. It was all we hoped for. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate but Debbie was very kind and we enjoyed our stay immensely!

Nice outdoor area and nice people

We loved our stay at this serene lake getaway. Wish we had more time to enjoy the lakefront amenities. The loft itself was cozy yet spacious, had central AC/heating with nicely heated floors in the bathroom, and overall well maintained. Debbie was a lovely host and very communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed.

We stayed one night, nice location and the bed was very comfortable. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. It was very drafty and a bit cold, there was also a smell that couldn’t be ignored towards the kitchen/living room area. There were lots of candles in the loft, wondering if it was a known issue? The couch was very uncomfortable and flimsy. A couple small improvements and it could be 5star!

It began with excellent communication on property location, description, and check in procedures. This property was very clean and loaded with many amenities, very clean, and quiet. Great attention to detail. Will use one of her locations 100% on our next visit to the area. The decks overlooking Lake Erie were well maintained as well & well lit. You can easily walk to the “strip” and leave your vehicle parked at this property.

What a great find! Very clean and super cozy. So many nice touches throughout the apartment. The owner went out of her way to invite us to check in early when the previous renters left early. Dog-friendly was a big plus. Also has the best shower and even towel warmers! Very much enjoyed it stay and are looking forward to going back over the summer.

I feel that this property should have reflected 9 cats were in residence at the owners residence adjacent to rental property and one was in the apartment when we arrived-one very angry cat.We chose this getaway to get away from the election madness and were a little dismayed to see trump flags in front of the property the hostess wearing a shirt” I voted for a convicted felon”.We left early

Hello, Debbie and her family welcomed us with open arms. We were looking to go on a short trip to relax somewhere not too far away. We always had Geneva-On-The-Lake as a must-visit place, and since it was only four hours away (without stops), we knew that was where we wanted to go! This was my first time using VRBO, and Debbie helped make the process easy, from booking online to the actual stay. I would highly recommend this loft. The location is perfect, with many local businesses within walking distance and many more a short drive away, including big box stores, malls, and wineries. The hot water in the shower was fantastic and came in handy on cold mornings. There are also extra towels in the closet and plenty set up for you in the bathroom as well. We also appreciated being able to adjust the temperature in the living room and bedroom, both having their own thermostat. There are Rokus for both TVs in the living room and bedroom, which were very user-friendly and great for nights in. The living room also has dvds that we also watched a few movies using the blueray player. The kitchen had everything we needed or have in our own kitchen, so we felt right at home! From many different pots/pans to silverware and plate sets. I brought my 14-year-old dog, Momo, and she loved it there. We enjoyed watching TV, going on walks to the nearby park, and relaxing on the deck that overlooks the lake. We are looking forward to visiting again sometime soon!

Impeccably clean, and very spacious and comfortable rental. The host was also friendly and greeted us on arrival/departure. Incredible location - we stayed off season and enjoyed watching the crashing waves from the deck over a morning cup of tea. (Note it is a shared deck and not directly attached to the rental.) Recommend for anyone travelling through the area!

This cozy loft is right on the lake and our host has thought of everything to make their guest's stay excellent. Check in was keyless at your own private entrance and then there is a flight of stairs up to the loft that is bigger than it looks in the pictures! This is probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed at in this area and it was nice to have an in unit washer and dryer! The bed was super comfy, we loved the Roku TVs is the bedroom and the living room, the HUGE shower can fit two with a nice bench in it, full size kitchen appliances, every kind of pot and pan and kitchen utensils (we even saw an air fryer and deep fryer). There is a back deck that has chairs and a fire pit and stairs down to lake access. Our host communicated with us before check in as well as during our stay to make sure all was well. We will definitely be back soon now that we found this gem!

This place was spotless and located right within a short walking distance of the park and the local shops/restaurants. Diane was a great host and was attentive to any needs (if we even had any, but we wanted for nothing!). Highly recommend staying here and booking with Diane. My dog also had the time of his life and the town was so friendly towards him, he made a lot of new friends (dog and human alike). Great place to bring a well socialized dog and family!
