Stayed Sep 19, 2022My friend had found and rented a unit in this building two floors above our ground level one. When we decided to join in on part of their trip, we were able to get another in the same spot. It is convenient to Stresa but out of the bustle and with an incredible view of Lake Maggiore. The unit was spotless, modern with white as the dominate color, making it feel light open and airy. Appointments felt upscale and comfortable. The owners live in the very top unit and we’re readily accessible but not intrusive. The driveway was steep but doable in a small car, and gated. There is a patio right outside the door to sit with coffee to watch the morning sunrise over the lake and a higher viewing area on the top floor as well. The washer in the unit worked very well. There is no dryer, but there is a drying rack and many hangers to facilitate drying. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Stayed May 7, 2022A perfect apartment in a peaceful location with magnificent views. Restaurants in walking distance and easy to get to Stresa and a day trip to Milan by train. Dana was very helpful and friendly and the information folder was very useful. Highly recommended.

Stayed Aug 15, 2021It was a nice apartment, with a great view. The picture reflect the nice atmosphere and especially the sun Terrasse was a great place to spent time. Dana and Giuseppe have been very great hosts. Thanks a lot for the great time!
