I have stayed in a lot of homes in Lakeland over the last 3 years and Michele’s place is one of my favorites. Beautifully decorated, so comfortable and it made you feel right at home. I look forward to staying there next time I’m in Lakeland.
-Karlene

Michele is a great host. I have stayed in quite a few homes in Lakeland, and this home is at the top of our list. It is clean has comfortable beds, plenty of linens, pillows, etc. Kichen is well appointed, furniture is comfortable. I will stay here on my next visit. Thank you, Michele, for making our stay easy and pleasant. -Linda

Very thankful to have stayed at Michele’s place. We moved our son from Orlando to Lakeland and it was nice to have a peaceful place to unwind from the busy move. It ended up being close enough to walk to his place when it wasn’t hurricane Debby raining down on us. lol I would recommend staying here for sure, clean, tidy great space, lovely kitchen. Michele was very responsive and willing to answer any questions we might have or giving suggestions of places to see. It was win! -Cynthia

**Florida Environment and Pest Control:**
Florida's warm and humid climate is home to a variety of creatures, including ants, palmetto bugs, lizards, and frogs. We maintain a regular pest control service to keep these pests at bay, but we cannot completely control the natural ecosystem. If you encounter any pests during your stay, please inform me immediately, and I will arrange for our pest control company to address the issue promptly.

**WiFi and Internet Service:**
Our WiFi is provided by Spectrum, and while we rarely experience issues, weather or other factors beyond our control can occasionally cause disruptions. If I receive any notice of service outages, I will notify you right away with an estimated timeframe for resolution. Usually, a simple reboot of the router can resolve most connectivity issues. Should you experience any persistent problems, please let me know so I can contact the internet provider to resolve them.

**Connecting Unit:**
The connecting unit is occupied by a long-term tenant who is fully aware of the short term use of the this unit. She is a quiet and respectful individual who keeps to herself and is considerate of our guests. We have had no issues with her presence, and she is mindful of maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone.

Lake Hunter Haven was a great stay! It was super clean, updated, all the things you need are there: plenty of towels and extras in the bathroom, all the kitchen tools and appliances, an amazing stacked washer/dryer, comfy bed and big screen tv. Lake Hunter is a short walk from the house and all Lakeland has to offer is a short drive. We really appreciated Michele’s great communication and ease for checking in and out.

Great place to stay. House is well equipped and comfy! We cooked in most meals and kitchen had enough pans and tools to make that easy. Michele communicated with us quickly. Will definitely stay again.

We will definitely be back to this location next time we visit our family in Lakeland! Not only was it close to our family, it was incredibly clean and well stocked with the necessities. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels. The kitchen coffee bar was my personal favorite with regular brew coffee or keurig pods. The communication from Michele was top notch. She was in contact after booking and was able to offer recommendations for the area. She was also incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
