Stayed Aug 15, 2025The booking process was terrible. We requested the property on Thursday from Montreal for a two day stay beginning Friday. It said confirmation of booking will come within 24 hours. WHY? 24 hours later on Friday no confirmation came. We had to leave Montreal to Tremblant at 1:opm Friday without knowing address, nor confirmation, nor how to accsess property! It was a nightmare!
