Stayed Apr 30, 2025This was the perfect place for our stay. The location was perfect for an extended visit to see family at UK. David was a gracious and welcoming host. Murray’s cheese platter! Great communication and had lot’s of great local knowledge and suggestions to help get a lay-of-the-land - with info on what to see, eat and tour. The place had everything we needed. Loved the style and comfort of the place.

Stayed May 8, 2025This historic home has so much character and was absolutely perfect for us to stay at for our daughter‘s graduation. It’s close to Rupp Arena, close to restaurants and bars, and the owners really went all out to be very accommodating. I would highly recommend it!

Stayed Apr 4, 2025This was a getaway trip for my adult sons and I. We had our own comfortable bedrooms and space to relax and watch basketball! Location is very convenient and easy parking on the street. We walked downtown and we also Ubers when we wanted to.The location was convenient for both! Very charming old house and the host communication was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Sep 27, 2024The Lafferty House was awesome! We stayed there for the night so we could attend a concert at Rupp Arena. The house came with all of the amenities you would need for a short stay and the owner was very hospitable. Seems to be a quiet, nice neighborhood. We will definitely stay again, if ever in Lexington.
