La Suite N°3 Appt 1 Authentique au Centre Historique

Fabienne was very welcoming and responsive. We were thrilled to meet her as we were heading off and took a photo with her with our group. We rented two of her units in the same building which made for a great stay with a group of friends.

Wonderfully positioned little apartment. Right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by amazing cafes, restaurants, shops and The Popes Palace. Parking was super convenient in nearby free car park using free shuttle to get to the apartment. Styling was authentic but for a long stay of 7 nights or more, probably would recommend a place with a bit more space. Kitchen is so tiny, very hard to cook a meal. Ideal for a couple of nights though. Loved Avignon - a great base to see many beautiful nearby towns.

We really liked to look and comfort of this apartment. Our host has renovated it beautifully with nice upgrades, style and comfort. She did not speak English, but we messaged each other well using our translation app. She sent information in advance, too, regarding directions, parking and local restaurants. Very helpful! The location is in a local neighborhood, not so much in the hotel zone, but the area is walkable and the CZI shuttle was convenient to the car park. Local businesses, Saturday market and eateries were right outside our door practically!! It was nice to get a feel for the local community. Our only negative was some people who seem to be living on the streets at night nearby and sleeping in doorways.

Great flat as far as being right in the city. It’s actually a great location BUT right outside bedroom window a very very loud cafe w loud music. Also in living room windows another loud cafe. If weather is nice you’d want to open windows for fresh air but we could not cuz of noise. The actual cleanliness of property was very clean! But mold for sure present. Most old structures you will run into mold and many not sensitive but for my sister an issue. Bed was VERY comfortable! Easy to find. Excellent location except noise. Bathroom and kitchens sufficient. Ground floor.

We absolutely loved this gem of an apartment. Fabienne was a superb host. The apartment was very beautiful, exceptionally clean, furnished well and had everything we could have wanted. Very comfortable bed, the light-blocking curtains were great and it was very quiet. We loved the location, very walkable. In the mornings we enjoyed opening the living room windows to hear Avignon life at the nearby cafes. Best boulangerie (Pain de Levin) was just steps from our door -try their olive bread - soooo good. We truly hated to leave! Merci, Fabienne!
