In the heart of the Grande Île de Strasbourg, the Studio Cœur de Strasbourg is located in a building listed as a historical monument since 1984, built shortly afterwards in the Renaissance style in 1587. It welcomes you in a warm and comfortable setting with exposed beams to a romantic getaway to discover Strasbourg, a business or tourist trip.



This historic district has many local shops, bars and restaurants.



This 58m² apartment is composed of:

an open equipped kitchen (refrigerator, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle)

a living room with a dining area and a relaxation area with a sofa bed and a television,

a bedroom with double bed and large storage,

a bathroom with corner bath, toilet and washing machine.



The apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator.

200m away is the indigo KLEBER public car park. This car park is right in the city center, so convenient for 1 or a few hours, but it costs more than 50 euros for 24 hours!

You also have the option of parking in the Halles P2 Sebastopol, Halles P3 Marais vert (500m) or in the GARE WODLI car park (600m), the price of which is around 20 euros for 24 hours.

The Grande Île de Strasbourg, sometimes called Island Ellipse, is the most central and most characteristic island of the city of Strasbourg, of which it is the historic center. It is surrounded by the River Ill to the south and by one of its arms the Faux-Rempart ditch to the north, which separate downstream from the Vauban dam and meet at the Quai des Pêcheurs.

The Big Island has been listed in its entirety as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 1988. The International Council of Monuments and Sites has indicated that the Big Island is an old district which is an example of medieval cities

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.



Pets are strictly prohibited.



Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called complete cleaning of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.



A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.



The keys will be picked up at a different address than the accommodation (200m on foot)

    Located conveniently for walking to most sites, this lovely apartment was clean and has a well-equipped full-sized kitchen. The bathroom is large with beautiful tiles.As with most similar properties, there is no AC so opening windows late in the evening and utilizing provided fans is a must in summer. If you require a quiet place, you might look elsewhere as there are busy and sometimes loud cafes at street level. The bedroom is located in the back in a quieter courtyard. The refurbishment of the street from hard pavement to large granite like bricks was finishing up below when we arrived but continues down the street. There's a Carrefour City, Patissieres, an excellent wine shop and other amenities are minutes away. The tram station Homme de Fer is nearby.

    The apartment is beautiful and perfectly located...walkable to everything! It is open and bright and has everything you need! The host were very responsive! The key pick up..even though not onsite (a 2 minute walk)...was very simple! The apartment looks exactly like the VRBO pictures! We thought it was a great value for the cost and would definitely recommend it!

    Very nice and comfortable unit. Our daughter called it a fairy tale cottage. It is located near the Christmas markets, Petite France, and other sights, as well as restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, etc. The train station is very walkable from the unit -- no need for a taxi expecially with road closures at certain times of the day that prioritize pedestrians going to the Christmas festivities. We enjoyed our stay!

    The apartment is centrally located, walking distance to the train station, lots of cafes and restaurants and the Cathedral district. We had a very pleasant weeklong stay. We did have a problem with heat the last couple of days, as we were there in October, a day before the heat was to be turned on, and though there was a space heater it did not function. The concierge was very helpful.
