Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave,toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Mezzanine with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A shower room with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
