Stayed Jul 29, 2025This apartment is not just beautiful but also very comfortable to stay in. Everything was spotless and clean and the garden is the cherry on the cake.The location is awesome as well, in a lovely neighbourhood a bit away from the hectic city center, yet everything on walking distance. There are many great cafes and restaurants very close by the house. I want to come back to Florence because a few days is definitely not enough to explore this amazing city and when i do, i will try to book this place again!

Stayed Mar 2, 2025What a wonderful property and host. We stayed for 3 weeks in Florence, it is located in a nice quiet area, close to everything. The apartment was wonderful and we enjoyed our time there. Will rent again.

Stayed Sep 15, 2023The company wanted us to clean and replace the dishes, and there were mosquitos in the apartment. One room was without AC.

Stayed Jun 19, 2023I was hesitant that the photos were too good to be true. And there were no reviews of this newly remodeled unit. At check in I learned it was run but a property mgmt company which meant we had zero communication from the time I rented it up until about 12 hrs before check in. It would have made it much easier on me to have details days in advance. Had to upload passports photos, enter all of our guest info, learn key codes while navigating the trains to Florence. That put a damper on the start. Really angered me. But on arrival we were pleasantly surprised at the brand new, modern, comfortable apartment with a huge beautiful private courtyard. A/C worked perfect in every room. Had more amenities than we needed. On a quiet street. Now that I have gone through the entire I would still rent it again. Property manager was always available on WhatsApp, even helped us try to find a taxi to airport which is extremely difficult in the summer months. Thank you for a comfortable stay. Only negative is the flooring must be installed directly on concrete because it squeaks throughout the unit with every foot step
