- A bathroom (with bath).
- Separate WC.

Outside area :
- A 1.5 m² west-facing balcony with a sea view.

The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. A 10-minute walk will take you to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
