We are in Mazzaforno, an exclusive hamlet 4 km from the center of Cefalù. The public beach of Mazzaforno, SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, is 250 meters from the house and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Our villa is located on a private road, and we share direct and private access to the sea with three other properties. The beach is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, with flat rocky shores and a sandy seabed. The sea is about a 2-minute walk from the property (path + 58 steps).

Ourhouse, La Maddalena 29, is a large two-story villa surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden filled with olive trees.
On the ground floor, there are two apartments, as well as the house where we live with our very affectionate little furry friends. However, they won't disturb you because our garden has a separate entrance from the rental area.

On the first floor is the 57 sq m apartment with a panoramic terrace.
This apartment is open on three sides and enjoys views of the sea and surrounding hills. It comfortably accommodates five people, and a single sofa bed can be used upon request (for a total of six beds).
Please note that some rooms have sloping ceilings (maximum height 2.70 m – minimum height 0.95 m).

The house is laid out as follows:
- Entrance to a small relaxation area with a single sofa bed
- Bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a single bed, air conditioning and a floor fan
- First bathroom with window, complete with a built-in shower with curtain, toilet (there is no traditional bidet, but a hand shower), sink, and hairdryer
- Bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) with air conditioning and ceiling fans
- Second bathroom, windowless and with forced ventilation, complete with a built-in shower with curtain, toilet (there is no traditional bidet, but a hand shower), and sink
- Kitchen with a marble table (four-burner gas stove, electric oven, and refrigerator), floor fan

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

- Private outdoor parking in the garden for 1 parking space
- Electricity consumption is included up to 6kW/h per day.
Consumption exceeding 6kW/h per day will be charged at €0.55 and paid in cash upon checkout.
There is a meter inside the apartment; it will be read upon check-in and check-out to verify consumption.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Tourist tax (from April 1st to October 31st) TO BE PAID IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL: €2/day per person for the first 5 nights. Children aged 0 to 12 are exempt.

UPON REQUEST at an additional cost:
- Beach towel
- Beach chair
- Transfer to/from Cefalù station
- Use of washing machine

The entire villa is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden.

- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please communicate your check-in time one day before your arrival.
- Late check-in after 9:00 PM is available by arrangement and costs €30.

Please vacate the villa no later than 10:00 AM on your departure day to allow the apartment to be cleaned and ready for new guests.

- Events or parties are not permitted.
- Day guests are not permitted, only those declared in the contract.
- Suitable for small pets, subject to prior agreement with the owner. Your dog is welcome, but PLEASE keep it off the bed or sofa and keep the garden clean.
- Please leave the refrigerator, stove, pots and pans, and dishes clean.
- Please DO NOT leave trash, bottles, or empty cans inside the apartment.
- In the bathroom, please DO NOT throw any type of paper in the toilet; use the designated bin.
