Fantastic luxury flat with high quality furnishings. Both the building and the flat have been completely refurbished in January 2023. It is located on the first floor and has a lift.We recommend this flat for those who want to spend some special days in Seville. Guests who wish to immerse themselves in time and take a tour of the Muslim, Gothic and Christian Seville...as soon as they set foot on the street of what will be their oasisduring the days of their visit. This flat is also within easy reach of modern Seville and the best restaurants and secret corners to stroll around. It is located in the Old Town and its most monumental quarter 'SANTA CRUZ'. Perfect location to move on foot being in what is undoubtedly the neighbourhood that shows all the faces of the passage of time in the city. The Cathedral with the Giralda, El Alcazar, El Salvador are less than 5 minutes walking distance. The Guadalquivir river, the Arenal, Triana are less than 10 minutes walk away.

At home you will find yourself in a flat that has been taken care of the details to the maximum so that you can enjoy yourself peacefully. In a brief description you will find yourself in an emblematic building of fantastic construction. In the flat and all its furniture is of high quality being very spacious and very bright. It has a fantastic bright living room with 3 large windows that let in the light. There is a beautiful green sofa that gives the flat its name 'Esmeralda'. The living room and the kitchen share the same large space. It has 2 bedrooms. As it is a duplex, the bedrooms are on the ground floor. Going down some beautiful wooden stairs you will find a space divided with a piece of furniture where you have 2 single beds. To the left you will find the master bedroom with a queen size bed 1,50 x 2 ' . There is of course a nice open plan American style kitchen and fully equipped bathroom. Air conditioning and high speed wifi.

The building has a very large roof terrace which has been prepared with 4 very different atmospheres for the 4 flats that have access to the roof terrace. A perfect place for sunbathing, reading or having a quiet drink and a quiet chat with our travel companions.
