Spot was great for our needs. The property was clean except for the floors. They are “swiffer” clean which tends to not really be clean.

Nice accomodation in Paia. Close to shops, restaurants and beach.Some noise of traffic on the road.

The location was awesome and the fact there was AC, made it manageable. Beach location was also awesome. The host was responded with promptness.

Host very responsive and helpful. Make sure to look at the book he has on the coffee table for instructions to the beach, it is very easy and quick. Clean, comfortable bedroom althought the a/c might be a bit too loud for some. Perfect location for our needs, a dinner at Mama's Fish House, viewing turtles, and the Road to Hana. No ocean view but lanai is nice for morning coffee.

The island is great the people are great. Not disclosing in the property description that there were noisy renovations going on in the apartment above was a big problem. Jack hammer chipping tile directly above you. When I called to get a different unit, or a reduced rate I was met with bad options. I stayed out of the apartment as much as possible and roughed it out. Bad job on the renters part. False advertising. Description should be “lovely unit with active construction noise”

We Have been in this building twice before. Like the access to beaches and to Mamas Fish House. Only drawback is the traffic noise as the apartments are right on the Hana Highway. Of the units we have used, this one is the nicest.

Aloha,We were very pleased with rental. Location was perfect. Weekend get away from the Big Island. Right next to Mamas Fish House. The rental is highly recommended. Will stay here again on our next chance to island hop back to Maui. Mahalo

We had a wonderful stay in Maui. Clean and simple, the place looks exactly like the photos. It is a quick drive to Paia Town, 2 minute walk to Mama's Beach and an easy drive to Hookipa surf lookout. Beach umbrella, boards and beach chairs are provided! Neighbourhood is quiet, though there is noise from the traffic along Hana Highway with the windows open. Will book again on our next visit.

We stayed one night after being in Hana for a couple of nights. We were leaving for the airport the next morning and this fit the bill! Bonus points for the fantastically detailed directions on how to get to Mamas Beach for a little more ocean time! If you clean up after yourselves immediately with food and make sure everything is sealed up or put in the refrigerator, you won’t have those tiny bugs that are EVERYWHERE in Hawaii. Just use common sense! Make sure to use the beach gate code that Mauricio sends you, not the code in the “guest book”.Enjoy!

Wonderful condo. Spacious, clean, and walking distance to beach, store, and restaurant. Best of all, it is far enough from the city that it is quiet and peaceful. Host was a pleasure. Provided all information ahead of time so our check-in and stay were flawless. We would definitely go back. Thank you!

Could use a deep clean (floors, cabinets, rugs, couch). Good location if headed to Hana. Wouldn’t want to stay more than one night.

This property is pretty lowkey, but in a great location near Mama's Fish House and on the road to Hana. We only stayed one night, but it filled the need we had.

Beautiful apartment, the owner has done great with the indications to the beach! Great and quiet place to stay.
