Krk: Apartment at sea (island of Krk)

We were only there for the night, the beds are comfortable and the property is beautiful. It’s not far from beaches either. But the directions from VRBO (using Apple and Google) took us to the wrong location (type in the address), the outside has more foliage in front, so we couldn’t see the pictures to match up, so we drove around for 45 minutes. The service in that area wasn’t working for our phones well and for some reason in the VRBO app when he would write to us the address, it didn’t show. I’m sure frustration on both sides as my side looked like he kept saying you have the address. Once there would be great, but it was hot and takes awhile to cool down the house with one AC in the living room to get to the rooms, but you have to turn off if leaving the house, so starting over when you return.There were no papers with wifi info either and I had to find the his mother to get it (since our phones didn’t work well). If better photos from street were used (and you don’t map it from the app) and info for check in were done, I’d rate this much higher. The mother was very sweet and kind, I just wish I had all the info I needed to be more seamless after traveling in a new country.

Quiet place, good hospitality, nice apartment.

Very pleasant owner . Always at our disposal for any need. Wonderful view from terrrasse to the sea, but it was a pity because of the weather. Unfortunately we had rain, rain and rain. But the owner were so helpful just at our arrive and for all the stay. We received from them as welcome grappa and in the following day handhome sweet, typical jam , figs and everithing to let us stay as at home. We thank them for the hospitality and we suggest to all people who shall go to Croazia.

Two terraces, two bedrooms, quiet place with some minutes to the stony beach. Perfect place for our family with 2 children. In September you will taste fikes. In July you will taste homemade cookies. We have been twice and may return again.

Apartment is clean for interesting price. Owners are very friendly - appreciate also their fruit and cakes. Surrounding is quiet. The main beach (Jert) is clean, suitable for children (pebbles) or for lovers of wilder rocks.

A very nice and tranquille appartment. The owners are very nice people who make bid you a warm welcome and make you feel at home instantly. The surroundings are also very lovely so this is certainly a place to return to.

Very kind and helpful owners, the apartment is simple but has everything you need, including two great terraces, the nearest beach has got amazing sea although it was a little difficult to get back to the village on foot from there with a pushchair (a rather steep climb), but by car it only takes a few minutes. It''s a quiet location, ideal if you want to explore the island.

A nice, centrally located house on the island in very quiet surroundings. The owners are a very nice couple that made us a very warm welcome. Something to come back to.
