The living room leads to the balcony equipped with table and chairs, ideal for those who want to make the most of their time outdoors and also connected to the bedroom balcony, with a view of the hill.

Just 150 meters from the Residence, passing through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will arrive at the golden sandy beach, and in just 10 minutes on foot you can reach Torre Cerrano, an ancient port now home to the Marine Protected Area that bears the same name Cerrano Tower.
