This north facing two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment features expansive lake views and is centrally located only a short walk from most of the town amenities. The open plan living/dining and kitchen area has been newly renovated and has sliding glass door access to a private tiled balcony with Weber BBQ.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and ensuite and Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Both bedrooms have built-in robes and also enjoy sliding door access to the balcony.
The property has a separate Laundry/ Storage area with a washer and dryer. The apartment has allocated parking with one undercover space plus an open car space.

Very impressed
Overall not much to complain about but the exhaust fan that services both bathrooms at once needs serious attention. Noisy and as each bathroom activates it, it disturbs everyone. What's worse is they don't work, lot of noise and no ventilation, bathrooms end up like saunas.
Stayed here during the week for a few nights and the apartment was very clean and newly renovated. We were two couples, had a bathroom each and were very comfortable. Short drive to the town center which is super convenient. Highly recommended and hopefully will stay there in the future again.
