Great allocation, fully appointed condo and very comfortable. I would definitely return, except not through VRBO…very poor customer service and unreasonable reservation fee.

Beautiful, clean, bright condo! The kitchen was well-stocked for basic cooking. The AC was delightful. Nice big bathrooms. Just right for our group of 2 adults and 4 kids. The walk to the beach was lovely, especially early in the morning or at sunset. The pool and hot tub were very nice and refreshing. We highly recommend!

Cleanliness is my top priority in an accommodation and this place was spotless. It felt high quality and was located very close to Poipu.

The condo had a WOW factor when we walked in. Everything was clean and in great working order. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy! It was truly like a home away from home. It came with access to beach towels and beach chairs and wake board! Thanks for a great accommodation and location!

Well equipped condo in the perfect location!

The location is great, being within walking distance to Poipu/Brennecke's and Shipwreck beaches! My only complaint is that the AC is located in the entryway and doesn't do a great job of cooling down the master bedroom. As always there were small things that weren't perfect, but overall it was a good value in a great location!

This property was perfect for our family with 2 young kids. Large, updated kitchen was great for making breakfast and coffee to enjoy on the lanai every morning as the sun came up. The walk to the pool and beach was just a few minutes. Great property for the price.

This condo is a perfect place for our getaway in Kauai. Located within walking distance to Brennecke Beach, Poipu Beach, Shipwreck Beach, pool and hot tub. Well stocked with plenty of towels, beach equipment, kitchen supplies.

Our condo was perfect for my husband and I and another couple. Everything was clean and adequately supplied. Our favorite was the location, walking distance to Poipu Beach and the sea turtles.

This house was a wonderful place for my family to spend the week. It is beautifully updated throughout and was equipped with everything we needed such as beach gear, towels, and supplies for cooking. The property has a resort-like feel with the pool and tennis courts and of course is walking distance to the best beaches! It is also conveniently located, a short drive, to shopping, restaurants, and site seeing. When we come back to Kauai, we will definetly book this unit again and have already shared the property link with friends.

I have been coming to Kauai for over a decade. Decided to stay somewhere different. This condo did not disappoint! It is beautiful, very well stocked with everything you would need to cook and beach it! The property is gorgeous and perfectly located. Mahalo for a beautiful stay!

Property was nice had a few things in the condo that needed maintenance, kitchen sink faucet was loose, master shower drain was clogged, towel hanger in master toilet was loose.
