The cosy apartment is on the first floor of the house, which is in a quiet area near the town centre of Makarska and the long sandy beach. The big advantage of the apartment is that the sights around town, as well as shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The apartment has a private little balcony with a sea view, furnished with a table and chairs. There is also a little outdoor kitchenwith cooking rings, a fridge, sink, coffee machine and kettle. A grill is available for use. There are three parking spaces right by the house and there are also two garage parking spaces in the house.

The apartment is comfortably furnished and can ideally accommodate two people. It consists of a bedroom, a living room-kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and free wireless Internet access. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 160cm wide and a wardrobe. The living room-kitchen has a sitting and dining space with a table and chairs. The little kitchen unit is equipped with a two-ring hob, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. The modern bathroom consists of a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.

It is only 300 metres to the town centre and 700 metres to the sandy beach. It is five minutes to the nearest supermarket. Museums, shops, bars and clubs etc. are within walking distance. The main beach in town is a ten-minute walk away. It offers a range of sports activities, as well as relaxation.

The owners also live in the house and are happy to assist with queries and provide information. A supplementary bed and a child’s bed can be provided on request.
