PROPERTY DETAILS
Our apartment is on Levuka Avenue in Kings Beach, with less than 20 metres between the front of the building and the beach! Please feel free to explore our amazing location, whether it is to Kings Beach, Bulcock Beach, Shelly Beach, Moffat Beach, Dicky Beach, or the Caloundra CBD. You are indeed spoiled for choice.

The apartment has two bedrooms,
Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds

The apartment has a lock up garage for your vehicle for the duration of your visit, height restriction 2 meters, maximum of 1 vehicle. There is additional street parking, but this can get very busy being the beachfront.

The kitchen is has everything you need. With cook top, fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, it is ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish.

The dining table seats 6.

The lounge room has a large smart tv for you to view your streaming services, or watch free to air channels.

We have a lovely balcony at the back end of the apartment, perfect for enjoying a beer or glass of wine with the ocean breeze in the summer.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a start up to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar, nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service. We also provide beach towels for you to use.
