The building sits on a hill so in this second floor unit you are surrounded by light & mature trees. You are right on the cusp of the most lovely homes in Cloverdale on Felder Ave.

We live close by and will be happy to meet guests, if they desire. Otherwise you can check in by lockbox and we’re available by phone, text, or Airbnb Messenger.

The Garden District is an older, urban neighborhood in Montgomery. It features mature trees, bungalows and craftsman style homes. It is on the edge of Downtown. Easy access to the Legacy Museum / Memorial and the Rosa Parks Museum.

Guests have the whole apartment and screened in porch.

The designed decor is fun and eclectic with the high ceilings and detail of a 1920's space. It is perfect for weekend stays and business trips. The goal of the space is to feel like you are in a hip boutique hotel . The memory foam mattresses and pillows are encased in safe-rest mattress covers to prevent dust, allergens, and other pesky allergy causing stuff.

Located in the Heart of the Garden District & minutes from EJI, Huntingdon, Cramptom Bowl, ASU, Downtown Montgomery.

The space is exclusively an airbnb and the space is professionally cleaned for each stay.

There is a furnace that provides central heat and two window units that provide AC.

This location allows you to walk to several cafes, a pizza place, a wine shop and a boutique grocer (Dirk's).

To get around Montgomery, I would recommend getting a rental car. Everything in Montgomery is within a fifteen minute drive and you can always find parking.

If you don't want to get a rental car, Uber and Lyft are probably the next best options.

This unit does have a microwave and stove. Please note this is an older building so the home does not have Central Heating and Air. Window units provide cooling and heat is provided by furnace. This has not been a problem but we do want guest to be aware.

    We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect—very close to all of the museums and centrally located, yet tucked away in a beautiful wooded area.     Good location near downtown area. No communication with the rental or contact person. For examine, the lack of unable to contact the rental or care worker cause us to lose a day which was paid for.

    My friend and I came to Montgomery for several days to visit the Legacy Museum and other civil rights monuments. The apartment was one-flight up in a lovely historic building with a screened-in outdoor porch. Very comfortable beds, large, high-ceilinged rooms with polished wooden floors. A short walk to several very nice restaurants. You must have a car or call an Uber to go to the sites. We highly recommend it.
