Stayed Nov 6, 2024Stayed there for 6 days. Nice small apartment with good kitchen on the 11th floor. Nice view of the ocean and the surroundings. When we were visiting, there was construction left and right of the hotel, quite noisy, but since we were gone most of the day it didn't bother us. When we got there at 3pm there was no key in the lockbox, so we had to contact the agency (there was another guest who also had to call), that could have been a little better. Also, make sure you have a parking space in the garage (make sure there is no double booking! - happened to us and we didn't have a parking space after all, which was a bit annoying since we learned about it only 2 days prior to arrival). Other than that a nice play to stay in Honolulu if you like the big city, not as many people there as in Waikiki.

Stayed May 7, 2024This our third time staying in this building with this property management team over the last two years. Each experience has been great and we look forward to our next visit. Communication is great, rooms are clean, location is awesome. Parking was a slight issue this trip but not unexpected. A very beautiful visit.

Stayed Sep 11, 2023Older unit but clean. Fridge did not work Property manager promptly responded to have it repaired but we refused due to tight schedule and also the fridge was not a must have for us A/C was old and noisy but in good working condition.
