Stayed Apr 17, 2024Cute little cottage. Snug but nicely decorated. Comfy bed. Shares wall with another unit. Outdoor shared seating area is nice. Close to stores, shops.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024A charming unit for a four-week vacation. Very homey, bright, modern, quiet… Perfect for a solo traveler. The location is tucked away in a little neighborhood, yet easy access to all of St Pete. There is adjacent private parking. Only dislike was very uncomfortable small couch. But I’d certainly come back!

Stayed Nov 5, 2023This was a darling little cottage, decorated very cute. It was a special birthday getaway for us and I wanted to cook the meal. Was totally shocked at how well stocked the kitchen is with everything you need. Bed was comfy, outdoor space in back was cozy. Highly recommend!

Stayed Oct 23, 2023This rental was exactly what I needed. Well designed, modern and clean. It's in a small gated quiet compound that is conveniently located to downtown St Pete and lots of good restaurants. Next time I'm in town, I will definitely try to rent one of Philaines units.
