Key Colony Beach Condo Ocean Front Complex, Private Beach, Heated Pool

This place was very nice. We had a relaxing week with great restaurants within minutes of the condo. The condo was clean and everything worked out well. The only thing I would add is a keurig.

As usual, the Key Colony Inn never disappoints. Location is excellent. The people that work at the Inn are great. Can’t wait to make our next reservation.

This property is very private and has a small beach plus 2 outdoor community grills. Walked one block every night to the Sunset Beach to watch the sunset. The accommodations were exactly as stated on the website.

The Continental Inn was a very nice place to land while staying in Marathon. Our condo was just what we needed for our 6 night stay. Cold A/C and a hot shower. Marathon is a great central location to access all of the keys. Sadly the beach was not accessible due to the sargassum and the awful smell, but the pool was a very nice substitute. Even in 90 degree weather it was nice and cool. Kim was a great host with helpful tips to the area. Thanks Kim!We really enjoyed eating at Key's Fisheries and The Island Fish Co.

Everything was great. Newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Very clean. Great communication and quick responses from the owner. Highly recommend! She shared lots of good information on local restaurants and activities.

We loved the location of this unit! The on site beach area was nice, with shade and chairs/tables, and Sunset Beach was right around the corner. We could walk to a few restaurants within a mile. The unit was comfortable and recently updated. Very easy and exactly as expected. We would return. Thank you.

This was our first trip to the Keys and spent 3 nights at the condo. What a great experience! We were looking for a quieter area that we could use as home base to drive around and explore. Wanted something smaller and quieter with an area to sit outside and this was perfect. For an older buiding we were impressed with how clean and well taken care of everything was. We enjoyed sitting by the water with drinks at night and coffee in the morning to watch sunrise. Kim's unit was everything we needed, nicely updated and very clean. We reached out once with a question and she responded very quickly. We would've loved a couple more nights and will be back!

Clean, exactly as shown in pictures. Quiet. Many there seem to be residents of the complex. Property a bit old but well-maintained. Kim was very easy to communicate with and answered all questions.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Key Colony Beach and our stay at the Continental Inn property. We view this property to be a hidden gem. Our room was clean, attractively decorated, super comfortable bed, and the efficiency kitchen met our needs nicely. The well kept and accommodating private beach with its beautiful ocean view was a very pleasant surprise-as was the large heated outdoor pool. Kim was a super host. She was very friendly and accommodating and also shared some very helpful info regarding restaurants and things to do and see. Just a really great experience in the Middle Keys. We look forward to a return trip!

Right on the water, unit was exactly as pictured. Safe neighborhood next door to a small waterfront park. It was nice to be close to attractions in Marathon and still not too far from Key West. We would stay here again!

The condo is beautiful with everything you need. Comminations with owner were great, very responsive! The grounds are the best in Key Colony, beautifully maintained beach & pool!

Our stay was relaxing and peaceful. Kim was very accommodating and everything was clean. Our only regret was we couldn’t longer.
