Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place

All great, only comment would be that that the rental is an attachment to house behind a closed fence and gate. I would never find it. Owner should provide clear instructions and a sign on the gate.

It was a very clean and quiet little spot. It was close to airport which was a bonus. Just a lovely set up and we enjoyed our time there. You won't be disappointed with ths booking.

great location in a quiet neighborhood central to tampa. we were only here for a concert over the weekend, but the host was very communicative and polite; definitely will book again if we are ever back in tampa !!

This studio apartment is adorable! It is well appointed, clean & in a nice neighborhood. The bed & pillows were very comfy and the host was very responsive.

Everything was nice. The only thing I wished they have was a long mirror on the wall to see yourself and get ready. Other than that it was a nice place. I will stay there again.

We only needed to sleep and get a cup of coffee. The place was clean with the exception of the coffe maker and the shower head. A little far from where i had to go, but that is on me not the place.

Extremely satisfied with this stay! Pictures were exactly as shown, peaceful neighborhood, and they really thought of a lot of small things that can be so important! Extra outlets, lots of lighting, enough room for 2 people comfortably. Nice big TV, privacy was great! Cant boast enough about this stay. I already booked to stay again!!

We were completely impressed from pulling up to the adress, to walking through the door. Very cozy and comfortable. The phrase Less is More definitely describes it. Simple, but Elegant in a beautiful neighborhood. Will definitely look this one up again should we look at coming back to Tampa.

Great small place simple private entrance, private bath, good TV ,clean shower ,and kitchenette . We would recommend, Good value.
