This is the second time we’ve stayed in this building with Kasa and both units have been great! We’ll definitely be back!
Great apartment right in the heart of Central West End. Well appointed apartment that included all the comforts of home. Very easy to walk out the door and access all the shops and restaurants in CWE. Apartment included a designated parking space in a secure building. Great spot for out trip. Will definitely stay there again.
Great stay
Great location! Clean, great security and great pool. We will be back !
Excellent communication made the after-hours check-in process extremely easy. The property was excellent for five guests. The unit included everything we needed. The location is great for access to the park, downtown, and anywhere else you might want to go. The Central West End neighborhood has about anything you want within walking distance. We would stay here again and highly recommend this property.
Good experience
Everything is great. This is true luxury living. I will be back.
My small family of three visited St. Louis for leisure for one week in July. Here's the breakdown of our thoughts: Good 1. The pool. We had the pool mostly to ourselves for most of the days. It's on the rooftop so it's pretty private. We liked the salt water and the chairs in the pool. 2. Size of the unit. We had the two bedroom, two bathroom unit. There are over 20 different bedroom options and layouts in this building. The unit we had was quite spacious. 3. Washer and Dryer. It was great to be able to pack light and be able to do laundry here. 4. The coffee machine in the Euclid Room. There are many options for coffee, hot chocolate, and (our personal fave) french vanilla. Not so good 1. The cleanliness. If you don't care, you'll be just fine! Thankfully I read the very few reviews available and brought Clorox wipes with. We noticed some of the silverware had food stuck to it. That prompted us to do all the dishes and wash all the towels just in case. 2. The limited supplies. We stayed for a week and were only given a couple rolls of toilet paper (had to go out and buy more). We also were given 7 pods for laundry and 7 pods for the dishwasher. Seems reasonable until you have to clean all the laundry and dishes yourself because they are dirty upon arrival... 3. Not having anyone onsite to help. It's unsettling that there is no one physically there to assist if any help is needed. Thankfully we didn't need anything (except for the toilet paper issue). We enjoyed our trip but will not likely stay here again.
We booked this place for quick family getaway. The space was perfect for our family of five...an infant and two young kids. I walked to pick up food for every meal within a couple of blocks in all directions. Parking in the garage on the same level is very convenient as well. The property manager was accessible by text and answered questions quickly. We plan to book this place again!
