Stayed Aug 5, 2018We had a wonderful 6 nights at Villa Dundar in the middle floor apartment. the view of the sea and has is spectacular and the pool, tho small is clean and lovely. although it is shared between all the apartments it never felt crowded and usually we had it to ourselves. The place is clean and convenient - just 10 minutes outside Kas. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and nice kitchen and sitting area with inside and outside tables. We had a great time visiting beaches, taking boat excursions and walking to the nearby beaches. The owners were extremely helpful, even helping us locate a lost phone and sending it on after our departure. Their boat trips run by Captain Erdem (the landlord) are also very lovely. I very highly recommend this place.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property is located a little way out of town, which we considered to be a good thing, looking for a bit of peace and quiet as we were. There is a pebble beach nearby, within walkng distance that is quite adequate. There is also a 2-3 km walk through the fields along the Lycian Way to the next bay to the east. We had the top floor apartment which has amazing views to the west towards Kas and the peninsular. Being on the top floor gave us the advantage of any breeze which was always very welcome. The apartment is in good condition. Swimming pool is in very good condition and nicely located with plenty of shade. The owner is very nice and the whole family very approachable. All in all we spent a very enjoyable week there.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My husband and I stayed 3 weeks in May/June 2010. We did not want to leave. We sought a clean, quiet place on the coast with great views, a pool, near a beach, with air-con and high speed internet in a beautiful area. Villa Dundar fit the bill perfectly. The eldest son Erdem spoke excellent English as did his father Tevfik and brother Ergun. This lovely family plus mother Gonul made our stay a very special experience of Turkish hospitality. We rented the two-bed top floor apartment. The villa is an oasis of peace. Set on a ridge above Big Pebble Beach with unobstructed views over the sea, the boats, Kas, the peninsula, the mountains and surrounding hills and countryside. We could even see the ruins of the ancient amphitheater in Kas. We practically lived out on the big balcony. There is a lounger, a great hammock and table and chairs. With it's tiled floor, double french doors and vaulted wood ceiling it was like an extra living room. It was cool and shaded. The other balcony off the master bedroom had great views too and got the sun which would be great in cooler months. Below you are surrounded by trees and flowers in the large garden and pool with the hills, mountains and bays beyond. There was beautiful birdsong, the hum of cicadas and the soothing sound of the sea washing over the pebbles on the beach - magic. It's like living in a national park. The world famous Lycian Way hike goes right by the house and when you walk into town you are walking on it. The villa is a comfy beach house in homey Turkish style. It is spacious, light and airy with screens on some of the windows. Lovely sea breezes and lots of windows kept the house very comfortable. The air-con worked very well too.The main bathroom has electric water heating that was best set on 2 or 1. The master ensuite had a small shower stall with no curtain, but was useful for the extra toilet and basin. The kitchenette had a 3 hob gas burner, an electric grill and a big fridge/freezer. We used the barbeque almost every night. There is no oven. Plenty of dishes and utensils. We didn't have a car. The beach was an easy walk down the hill and there were 5 or 6 restaurants. We often walked into Kas (30 minutes) and came back on the dolmuses with groceries. Each morning the baker van toots his horn outside and you can buy your fresh bread. There is a water cooler and drinking water is delivered to the house. Kas is a sweet unspoiled gorgeous Turkish town. Highly recommended.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a fabulous stay at Villa Dundar, the owners couldnt have been more attentive, being helpful and friendly without being intrusive. The location was a dream, with the only noise being of the ciccadas. We made great use of the dolmus backwards and forwards to Kas, mixing up our outings with relaxing by the pool or the short walk to the pebble beach. Even with 3 teenagers we had no complaints about lack of things to do! Ergun spoilt them on his boat trip. I have already recommended it to friends and family

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This place is just great to come down, relax and forget all your stress! Not only the stunning view, but also the silence and gemütlichkeit. The family is very nice and welcomed us with tea and biscuits. You feel at home but still have your privacy. The apartment is spacious, cosy and absolutely clean. And Kas itself is a beautiful, not too little and not too much touristy, little town. You just have to be aware that you dont live in the middle of the town here and its not a good way to walk. But that did not disturb us at all but rather supported our relaxation! Thanks a lot for a wonderful holiday!
