Just 150 meters from the Residence, passing through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will arrive at the golden sandy beach, and in just 10 minutes on foot you can reach Torre Cerrano, an ancient port now home to the Marine Protected Area that bears the same name Cerrano Tower.
