CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Surrounding buildings may have ongoing plumbing and roof improvement work. Activity occurs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, but no resort amenities (pool, elevators, etc.) are affected.



MAUI ENVIRONMENT

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location, you may encounter roosters or harmless geckos — they’re friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck. Please don’t harm them. The HOA performs regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. If you notice excess pest activity, we’ll coordinate with the HOA to help.
