It was close to downtown and very walkable. Clean. However, there were not enough electrical outlets, especially in the bedroom. I could not use my Cpap as there was no outlet near the bed. Also, the tv in the bedroom was useless as it would not connect to anything even live tv. There is no soundproofing and every footstep from the upstairs unit could be heard. One night I got very little sleep as it sounded like there was a dance party up there. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Close to downtown Laurel. Walkable if you can handle the Mississippi heat and humidity. Feels like a property you might see on Hometown, but before all the wow that Ben and Erin put into it. Homey and nice, but not polished up. A few missing touches like Kleenex and a dish cloth and towel (no dishwasher in our unit).

Unique, and very close to downtown. You will hear the train horn several times, at least three overnight.

Expectations are overrated. THE CHECK-IN: The day of our arrival we decided to pay 30 for early check-in. When we arrived at the property, the digital lock was not working. It took us 30 minutes to get the property manager to reach out to us. When they did, all we got were excuses. The property manager told us they would be there in 10 minutes and it took over 20 to arrive. When they did arrive, they had no backup key to let us in. Mind you, we have now been sitting there for over an hour in the Mississippi heat, trying to be as patient as possible due to the experience. They then had to call their maintenance guy to let us in the house - who also had no backup key and literally went to the back of the house to BREAK INTO THE HOUSE to be able to open the front door. An hour and a half later, we were finally in the property.REFUND: It took a week to get our refund for the early check-in after reaching back out to the manager. Unacceptable.CLEANLINESS: Overall the property was clean barring paint peeling off the window encasements and seriously filthy fan in the bedroom.LOCATION: Centrally located and a great spot. Will we use this property again? Absolutely not. We are sure you can find a better experience at another property in town. This owner can truly do better.

Little more rustic than expected. Front door knob came off several times making hard to close when leaving.

The location is perfect. Just a couple of blocks from the downtown area and restaurants, art museum and historic district. The apartment is comfortable and has all the amenities you need. The front porch has a swing and was a great place to sit and relax. We highly recommend this location.

What a quaint home! The location couldn't be beat. Walking distance to everything downtown. Because it's a four-plex, we met some new friends!

Kalmia Suite A is perfect for 2 + our miniature Goldendoodle “Ted”. Had so much fun checking out Laurel loved the museum, Daphne Park, the food is so delicious and southern and the town is beautiful . Things are pretty quiet on Sunday and Monday as far as everything being open, but we didn’t starve or miss out on shopping Haha
