Kajüte 1 small apartment near the Baltic Sea in Sellin, free WiFi

Your apartment is located in the Seepark Sellin. The entire complex, built in 1996, exudes the charm of the white bathroom architecture of that time.

Kajüte 1, a cozy 1-room apartment is on the 2nd Upper floor of one of the houses and offers 2 people enough space to relax. You can get to the apartment via the bright staircase or, from spring 2020, comfortably by elevator.

In cabin 1 there is a cozy combined living room and bedroom with a kitchenette, a balcony and a bathroom with toilet, shower and window (hairdryer in the bathroom is available).
The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner hob, a refrigerator with an ice compartment. You also have a coffee machine (for filter bags), a kettle, toaster and a microwave.
WiFi is available and can be used free of charge.

Bed linen and towels are to be brought along.
However, you can also book a laundry package per person for € 16.

Shops can be found just a few meters away.
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the residence and free parking spaces are available in approx. 700 meters.
You can get to the beautiful pier comfortably and far from the traffic, on foot in 13 minutes. The southern bathing beach is only 700 meters away and can be easily reached by bathing train, bicycle or on cobblers.

Two free bicycles are provided for use with the apartment (at your own liability).

The municipality of Sellin charges tourist tax.

Low season: 01/01 to 04/30 and 01/11 to 12/31
Full payer € 2.00 per day

The total amount of the tourist tax is to be transferred from the tenant to the landlord, stating the full address and name of the guests. The spa cards are then ready for you in the apartment.

Caution! From October 2019 to March 2020, elevators will be installed in the system. This can lead to impairments during the day. We still hope that you can find a few days of relaxation in our apartment.
