Kailua Private Place in Paradise. Sleeps 2 to 4! Full Kitchen, AC, lanai w/BBQ

Once again, such a nice place to use as our home base for our many adventures. Leena particularly liked you tropical gardens surrounding the house. We surfed countless times. both mornings and afternoons, sometimes on the same day. In between, hikes, waterfalls, chocolate tastings, snorkelling to Kane'ohe Sandbar, boogie-boarding. we hope to see you again next time we're in Kailua (the only place on O'ahu that I'd stay).

Carol was an amazing hostess. Helpful any time we needed it. Very restful, quiet apartment, except for occasional intrusions by the neighbor's dog. LOVE the location. The apartment has most of what we needed for a long-term stay. Some of the fixtures could use updating, like the kitchen and bathtub faucets, but they worked. We loved waking to the birds in the morning, and we had wonderful weather, but it was nice to have A/C when we needed it. The WIFI is super fast. And the Roku TV was easy to use. Great for a single or a couple!

Nov 18 - Dec 18: Carol & John: We came back, as promised. What we didn't know was all the upgrades you had made since our last visit here in 2019, and the transformation was a complete surprise to us. Wow, the renovated place looks great! So many new things---furniture, artwork, floors, oven/stove, frig, washer, dryer, cutlery, kitchen tools, bedding, towels, inflatable spare bed. I could go on and on. Wendy, you've done an amazing job here. We opted not to use the new whisper-quiet air-conditioning units at all, but they must be nice when the weather is hot in the summer. As always, this is a nice, secure, quiet place to call home when we are in Kailua. See you next time. Many thanks from the Kelly family, Vancouver, Canada.

Well located, lovely neighbourhood, well kept, cozy back patio. Good bed . Lots of recent updating in interior. Good comfortable furniture. Excellent kitchen. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice place, clean and a convenient location. Needs a little updating based upon price. I missed my occasional cigar on the porch, due to rule of no smoking on the entire property. Nice renters and very helpful.

This was a great place!! Clean, quiet and perfect for a lovely Hawaiian great away! It was wonderful and the owner’s were prompt to respond and get things fixed when we noticed a plumbing leak in the bathroom. We liked this place so much we would want to keep it to yourselves so it doesn’t get booked up!

The place felt just like home. Very well managed, in a quiet neighborhood. Carol was great in explaining all the features.

Very happy with this stay, perfect place for a couple. Off street parking, pretty quiet neighborhood, nice house, equipped well for easy cooking if you don’t want to eat out every meal.

The property was in a nice neighborhood with proximity to the beach a short drive away. Parking was very convenient and the outside garden was a lovely place to sit and eat or just enjoy coffee. This town is where my husband lived with his family for some years and it was a pleasure to be here again.
