We liked how close it was to everything! Usually a 5-10 minute drive into the heart of Kailua. Amazing views and location, easy to find, accessible.

Wonderful location on beautiful beach, although it is not swimable. Quiet and nice neighborhood and great area with no tourists. Enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

This a beautiful place in a very quiet neighborhood, even the mountain view room you could see the ocean and the wavesSitting on the porch was so nice listening to the waves. Only thing thas was bad was going out by the back to watch the sunrise the lights were so sensitive just sitting in the chair...Very clean and well stocked with ammenities.

Nice place. Upper loft suitable for kids who want to climb a ladder to get to it. TV remote batteries had to be replaced. No garbage bags that fit the kitchen can. Owner very helpful but contact limited to VRBO messaging. Very nice pool. Parking a little tight. Wouldnot hesitate to stay there again.

Everything about our stay here was perfect. All of the necessary information was timely provided ahead of check-in and getting into the apartment could not have been easier. We had been in Honolulu for business for a couple of days and this location was such a welcome reprieve to the earlier crowds. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed to prepare a breakfast and coffee in the morning. We absolutely loved sitting at the table on the landing and watching the waves crash against the seawall. Also had an amazing early morning walk along the water watching the sunrise. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but the space looked beautiful and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again!

This is a lovely property in a lovely quiet location. The place is super clean and the owners are very kind. It has a very comfortable king bed and my teenager slept up in the loft. It has 2 balconies, one facing the ocean. The home is just steps from a private ocean side area. Because of the rocks you can't get into the water here but there is plenty of sand to relax in. Town is just 10 minutes away.

Enjoyed Kailua

This upstairs room was spacious for a couple or small family. The bathroom is upscale with a bidet and huge shower. There is a lap pool that is just right for aquaerobic stretching or, of course, doing laps. Stores and lovely beaches are within walking distance. Right out back is a very nice walk around the bay; wonderful tide pools and scenery.

Property is in excellent shape and has an amazing pool.The landlord was very responsiveThis unit IS NOT ocean front like the add states- It faces the mountains and is in the back of the house. . It is close to the Ocean however and has one deck with an ocean view.The unit is upstairs and there are 12-15 stairs you have to lug your suitcase up. Not a huge deal- but requires some effort.The neighborhood is nice. The only downside is you have to drive 2 miles to Kailua Beach park and the parking was very tight due to road construction around park.This will probably improve once construction is done.Overall a very nice place to stay

I was hoping for comfortable, and I got it. The bed is firm and comfy for my spinal injuries. The pool was wonderful, easy to get in and out of, and the surrounding grounds make for a private experience. Easy access to the shoreline. My only suggestions: 1. A shelf of sorts in the shower for shower products. 2. A toilet paper holder that is easy to reach. Both are only personal to me because I'm having spinal issues right now, so that's it. Most other guests wouldn't notice these things. Our host was super friendly, and the cats were cute. I hope to stay again some day. Mahalo!

Nice Place

Beautiful property with a beautiful pool and great location! Super quiet residential neighborhood and awesome owner! When you leave your unit a super short walk along the house opens to the Pacific; stunning! There’s a longer walk when you turn right along the coast. Loved everything about it ?

This place had everything we needed. It was clean, the shower worked great and the AC worked even better. It’s tucked away in the edge of Kailua, in a nice & quiet neighborhood. We found it fairly easy to get from our place to all the attractions we wanted to see in Kailua and Lanikai.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful property. We stayed in the ocean-side unit and our son and daughter-in-law stayed in the pool-view unit. It was perfect for our family. The lap pool was refreshing and lovely. The host was fabulous to communicate with and extremely helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

we really enjoyed our time here. it was comfortably and luxurious. the bathroom is top notch. other notable things: the shore just outside is rocky (not suitable for swimming) and we didn’t see much tide pooling besides a ton of crabs scurrying away. the pool is great, but half looks into the owners’ living room so we stuck to the other half. doing laundry requires coordination with the owner. there are two decks: a sitting area next to the entrance, the other overlooks the pool and has the mountain view, but is next to the external AC unit. the house is about a mile away from any restaurant or activity.

Had been attending a conference in Waikiki/Honolulu and needed a place to escape the crowds. This was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was as described and we appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and friendliness of the owners. We would definitely book again.

My nephew and I enjoyed the Mountain View room immensely. Tom and Lucinda were delightful and everything went beautifully. We loved the two lanais and the view of mountains and ocean from the loft. Proximity to family we were visiting was fantastic and the neighborhood is quiet with great walking and access to shopping and ocean front as well as a convenient base for day trips. We loved the shower and everything was comfortable and worked wonderfully. Ocean breezes and the pool kept us cool as well

Excellent experience- beautiful home and great location. The Hosts were very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!!
