Stayed Jan 15, 2026Great place to stay with a few additional guests. Plenty of space. Has all the necessary amenities except face towels, which I can understand. Thanks for having a great space to stay!

Stayed Jul 30, 2025Property was actually better than what the picture shows. Very spacious and stocked with almost anything you could ask for. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for somewhere to stay when visiting

Stayed Jun 27, 2025I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with my experience booking with “summit view” for the Just Peachy apartment. I booked this place on May 18th for a trip to Stone Mountain, saving up specifically for this stay, only to have it fall apart at the last minute due to gross negligence and poor communication. On the morning of my check-in, I had to reach out to them myself just to get an update, only to be blindsided with a message about a plumbing issue that wasn’t even fixed as promised. The host offered laughable “accommodation options” with no smart locks, no TV, no functional kitchen, no Wi-Fi, and a measly 30% refund—completely unacceptable given the circumstances. When I pressed for clarification and demanded a full refund due to the inconvenience, the host’s response was dismissive and unprofessional, claiming they were “trying in good faith” but then “canceled” my reservation. However, it’s clear this was a sham—they didn’t actually cancel it but merely made it seem like they did to avoid having to issue a full refund. They then washed their hands of the situation, leaving me scrambling to find last-minute lodging near Stone Mountain with less than two hours to spare. This is not how you treat guests, especially when they’ve planned and paid in advance. The lack of accountability, the last-minute chaos they caused, and the deceitful attempt to dodge a fair resolution are are outrageous. I will be disputing this charge and reporting this experience.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025The townhome/apartment was very nice, affordable, quiet and well located. It is a simple place that’s clean and meets your basic needs. The owners added some nice touches like bottled water in the refrigerator upon arrival and a small basket of individually packaged snacks on the coffee table in the living room. There’s a nice wood deck off the kitchen (that also acts as the back door) that gives you a nice and quiet spot to have coffee in the morning. The deck does overlook the parking area, but this small parking area was barely used while we were there and it’s set against a natural preserve with a nice canopy of trees. The only (2) things I would point out to be aware of is: the property sits on a massive slope with a lot of small stairs used to access the property from the parking area. This wasn’t a problem for us, but if you’re disabled or elderly this could pose a problem (however, the slope and incline added to the outdoor charm of the place… just my opinion). The other item to point out was the master bedroom shower is very small. Think of a shower on a cruise ship. It was totally fine and meets basic needs but if you need more space or are a large person, this won’t work. There is a normal-size bath/shower in the hall bathroom. All in all, it was a nice, simple and clean place that was very affordable. Everything in greater Atlanta was accessible within a half-hour or less (depending on traffic). This was a perfect spot for our long weekend trip to Atlanta.
